These services are hosted on Microsoft Azure, and by using the Service, you acknowledge that data may be processed and stored within Azure’s infrastructure.
The Service integrates Microsoft Azure services and Azure OpenAI for the purpose of processing data, providing AI-driven insights, and analyzing customer support interactions. By using the Service, you consent to the following:
Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.
Prohibited Uses: You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or transmitting malicious code or engaging in activities that disrupt the Service.
Martial QA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent from Martial QA.
Ownership: You retain ownership of any data that you upload to the Service, including customer support interactions and any associated metadata.

Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your data by contacting Martial QA’s support team. Once deleted, the data will no longer be processed for the purposes of the Service.
Access to the Service may require a subscription, and you agree to pay any applicable fees based on the subscription plan you select. Fees may change, and Martial QA will notify you of any changes. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all applicable fees.
Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by notifying Martial QA. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service.
